作职责
Responsibilities

- 定期收集、整理客人的销售预报；
Collect and receive sales forecast from external or internal customers monthly,
- 整合订单、预报、预算信息制作需求计划；
Integrate firm orders, sales forecast and budget to generate demand planning,
- 做需求变化分析，对于大的需求变化及时给到预警；
Analyze demand change, and provide significant demand change alert to related parties,
- 每月做市场需求和工厂产能，工厂产值和预算的分析, 并提供异常情况报告；
Provide analysis report to compare demand volume V.S in-house plants’ capacity, and in-house plants’ revenue V.S budget by monthly, and provide exception report。
- 保持与客户或销售的密切沟通，不断促进客户预报的准确性；
Working closely with customer service and sales team to improve forecast accuracy continuously;
- 负责每月制作库存分析报告， 工厂产出报告以及供应商月度报告数据。
Generate analysis inventory report, output volume report for in-house plants, and prepare SCM monthly report data.
- 其他为实现S&OP 实施及上级指派的任务
Other responsibilities to be assigned to support S&OP implementation and operation management.

任职资格
Requirements

- 本科以上学历，有制造业销售与运营管理或主计划3年以上工作经验,
Bachelor degree or above, 5 years working experience as S&OP implementation or master planning in manufacture industry.
- 熟悉S&OP 流程，擅长利用Excel 运算工具制作各种对比分析报告。
Familiar with standard S&OP process, good command of Microsoft Excel, high analyzing & reporting ability
- 熟悉使用ERP 系统
Good understanding ERP system
- 熟悉ERP和MRP系统
Familiar with ERP & MRP
- 突出的数据分析和沟通能力
Strong analytical and communication skills
- 良好的英文读写能力，
Fluent English in reading and writin
- 积极进取并乐于学习
Progressive and willing to learn
