职位描述：
Title: Senior Customer Service Specialist
Department: Planning & CS
Report to: Deputy CS Manager
Subordinate: None
Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order entry and ensure internal communication from order confirmation to invoicing
2. Oversee stock situation to ensure sufficient supply
3. Coordinate related Dept. to solve customer’s issues
4. Forecast coordination to support demand planning issues
5. Other task assigned

Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree, majoring in business, trading and etc.
2. Min. 5 years working experience in customer service
3. Customer oriented, proactive and willing to learn
4. Good communication skills
5. Self-motivated
6. Good team player
7. Good in written and oral English
8. Chemical background or experience will be a plus
9. Experience with SAP is preferred

Working Relationships:
1. Internal: Sales, Manager Application Engineering, Logistics, warehouse, Planning, QA, QC, Finance
2. External: Customers
