RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide day to day legal advice across biz units in China
? draft or review contracts and other legal documents;
? assist in M&A projects or investment or other commercial transactions or projects;
? provide compliance training to employees and assist in compliance related matters;
? conduct legal research and write memos;
? assist in dispute resolution and regulatory enforcement matters;
? assist in company secretarial and corporate governance matters;
? assist the legal team in other matters as required;
REQUIREMENTS:
? Education: LL. B degree or above;
? PRC bar will be a plus;
? Work Experience: 3-4 years experiences in a multinational company (drug factory is a plus)or a reputable law firm;
? Foreign Language: fluent in both oral and written English;
? Computer skills: able to use regular tools such as windows, outlook, excel; power point;
? High work ethics, self-driven and excellent communication skills;
