职位描述：
What you’ll do
? You will closely work with local sales team to create business value by enhancing product performance and service offering, generate new ideas and new leads, and develop support solutions or technical marketing activities to support and fulfill local business target by meet customer's quality and development needs;
? You will develop and promote UPM Technical Services to customers about paper quality and printing related issues to ensure that the customer will reach the best possible result both qualitatively and financially;
? You will develop network across both paper and printing industry to enhance the role of paper and long-term competitive advantage;
? You will further develop the technical sales concept and functions in the local sales company environment.
? You will represent UPM at specified customer print sites and develop multi-level contact to support business grown;
? You will deal promptly, professionally and efficiently with customers' technical questions & complaints;
? You will provide customers with technical assistance and advice, and promote UPM service offering;
? You will resolve detailed problems arising from all forms of paper usage;
? You will negotiate settlement of claims in co-operation with relevant parties to reach an agreement;
? You need to advice customers, mills and staff on technical developments, product development and problem solving;
? You will provide new ideas and new leads to support product/service development and business growth;
? You will prepare detailed technical reports;
? You will participate in the global TS network;
? You are responsible to build up and maintain relationship towards paper and print industry suppliers;

Who you are
? You have the Bachelor or above degree, major in Paper and Printing will be preferred
? You have minimum 3 years marketing experiences in paper & printing industry
? You have good communication skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills
? You have strong technical background and familiar with printing and label making process
? You are self-motivation and a good team player
? You can be able to work under pressure and close deadline
? You are fluent in both English and Chinese
? You are familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
