- 5-7年相关行业经验会被考虑为Manufacturing Engineer Leader职位。

理想的候选人应是制造流程和标准的支配者,包括维护可靠,稳定和精益的产品制造流程,以及通过培训车间人员,实施和监控指标以及监督来实施和管理MFG流程。
他/她是工程与制造之间的关键接口,是熟悉加工,机械装配,测试程序等方面的专家。
他/她同时负责解决复杂的制造问题,并在排除制造过程中的质量问题和生产收益相关问题上发挥积极作用。
主要工作内容：
- 建立和实施新产品的可靠，稳定和精益制造流程（包括布线，布局，设备/模具/夹具/规格，整个制造/提升/分段/包装/运输中的材料/产品保护，工作指导，操作员技能要求和培训，计划，制造流程中所需的质量控制步骤等）
- 根据工程变更通知修改制造流程。
- 识别过程改进机会，并实施有效的解决方案，以实现制程卓越，如过程产量（如第一通过产量，滚动产量），循环时间减少和生产率。
- 解决复杂的制造问题，确保日常生产的顺利进行。
- 创建，实施和监控制造过程能力和产品质量的关键性能指标和指标。
- 监控和降低流程成本。
- 向工程和DFM提供关于产品设计和可制造性问题的车间反馈
- 影响库存的工程变更单的审查和签署包括产品生命周期问题，过时等。
- 协助制造质量问题的调查，根本原因分析和纠正措施的实施。
- 确定并实施有效的解决方案，以改善安全和健康的工作环境。
