Renaud air is looking for an English and Mandarin speaking star to be our main person interacting with our expat customers. If you are outgoing and love to speak with foreigners and Chinese customers on a daily basis we would love to hear from you.

The Renaud Air story begins with the plight of one parent trying to take care of his family. When Renaud Air founder Iannique Renaud’s son was still but an infant, he suffered from a respiratory condition doctors were at a loss to treat. After much research and worry for his child, Iannique finally provided his son with relief after investing in a set of air purifiers for his home.


As part of this role you will:
? Handle all incoming calls into the company and transfer to the right people
? Call customers to arrange deliveries on daily basis.
? Communicate with customers to troubleshoot product issues
? Arrange the schedule for the driver so he knows where to deliver goods daily.
? Perform routine follow-up calls as per renewal procedure to remind customers to purchase replacement filters
? Use our support ticketing system to answer customer requests by email or by WeChat.
? Place orders in our systems when customers order something by email or phone
? Receive day to day email and ensure it gets transferred to the right people
? Understand and promote monthly after sales offerings to existing customer base
? Maintain timely and accurate records of all interactions with customers and internal departments via the CRM.
? Attend weekly meetings, providing detailed feedback and recommended next steps to management

Qualifications for success:
? You have at least 1-3 years of customer service or admin experience preferred
? Have the confidence to do speak with anyone on the phone in English and Chinese
? You are self-motivated, driven to work hard in a fast-paced environment
? You are flexible and adaptable to immediate or unforeseen challenges and able to persist while maintaining strong, customer relationships.
? You possess highly effective verbal, written communication skills
? Native English-speaking ability
