1. Administer trainings according to procedure
- Analyze the training needs of individuals or groups of employees to develop training programs that enhance their know-how, skills, and performance.
- Design, resource and deliver training programs, or recommend externally-provided programs, which meet the needs of individual employees and are consistent with the organization’s overall training plan.
- Counsel employees and managers about the organization’s training programs and policies, arrange employees to participate internal and external training so that the organization’s training resources are allocated effectively, followed by internal sharing session to monitor participants’ learning transfer.
- Maintain and analyze organization and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs, as a solid input for development of the employee’s competences strategically and systematically.
- Compile handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials so that training programs are delivered with high quality resources.
2. Lead development programs according to plans
- Follow up University Engineer Program, leadership program, etc. with the target of effective organizing and running.
- Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the organization’s training activities remain current and relevant.
3. Support HR Projects
- Fulfil the HR project tasks assigned in order to play teamwork and development more, always deliver good project results in systematic approach.
4. Support other company tasks
- Support on documents translation both English & Chinese
- Support and take initiatives on internal control and cost saving activities.
