职位描述：
Job Summary工作概况:
This position is to organize, train, lead maintenance department. Be responsible for overall management and improvement of all plant facility including energy and production equipment to ensure the overall stability and high availability.

岗位职责：
1. Set up equipment preventive maintenance plan, training, coach, implement and audit the results.
2. Work with production manager to ensure effective machine daily/weekly/monthly cleaning, inspection and preventive maintenance.
3. Organize and implement TPM kaizen events to improve the machine availability and reliability.
4. Analyze the uptime of machines and address the root cause impacting the main breakdown.
5. Routine team’s task organization and management.
6. Manage maintenance technicians, coach and develop skills, know-hows and disciplines.
7. Ensure effective and accurate spare parts management.
8. Work together with production, quality and technical team on the safety, product quality, process and productivity improvement.
9. Machine timely and reliable troubleshooting.
10. Equipment maintenance and management system including procedure, SOP and record set up, control and improvement.
11. Responsible for maintenance team KPI and target achieved.
Other:
? Serve as an active participant in LSS programs that promote continuous improvement
? Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules
? Must be able to work extended hours when required
? All other duties as assigned

任职资格：
1. College degree or above, major in Electrical Automation or Process Automation
2. Over 8 years’ experience on equipment maintenance, Textile industry background will be preferred.
3. Open mind, good communication and demanding.
4. Good team leader on manpower management, team development.
