Job Responsibility:

1. Cost saving analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

2. Sourcing new supplier for trading biz & mc investment .Knowledge-based negotiation on price, delivery, payment terms and contract requirements.

3. Play a role of communication window between supplier &company .To work with new suppliers to ensure technical, engineering and quality requirements are fulfilled.

4. Assure that the supply base has enough capacity to meet demand, and develop strategy cooperation relationship with right supplier.

5. Coordinate sample submission and approval status.

6. Issuing of Purchase Order, approval phase and follow up with supplier for on time.

7. Maintain and update the price and supplier master data in database to ensure supply tem could work correctly with supplier on assigned parts with right price and terms in future.

8. Supplier management specs set up and management.

9. Audit and evaluate supplier quality system.

10. Payment and contract management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, or rubber industry or Manufacturing engineering.

2. 3-5years' relevant working experience in sourcing and supplier management.

3. Experience in supplier quality management, or quality control, process control.

4. Strong negotiation, cooperation and communication skill.

5. Good command of MS Office software ,Fluency in English(reading ,Writing and speaking)

6. Team spirit, work well under pressure.
