Requirements:
Education:
* College’s or University degree in Engineering with Mechanical or electrical background
* Fluent in oral and written English at least passed CET-4
Work Experience:
* At least 8 years sourcing experience in Multi National Company;
* Experience in Mechanical or Electronic field at least 5 years;

Knowledge and capabilities:
* Abundant sourcing experience and quality knowledge ;
* Enough specialty knowledge &supplier management experience in Electronic industry;
* Good project management skills;
* Familiar with ERP system;
* Good Team Work spirit and good communication ability;
* High degree of personal integrity and confidence;
* Business behavior complied with business compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for;
* SupplierDevelopment and management, and technical support in Exir (Wuxi)
* Select, survey, evaluate suppliers to find qualified and suitable ones for Exir (Wuxi)
* RFQ from existing and potential suppliers ,and price comparison;
* Release sample order to approved supplier and get order confirmation from supplier;
* Prepare tool agreement and sign NDA with supplier;
* Handle the defective material from production line(MRB) ;
* Provide support for quality claim and supplier quality improvement;
* Evaluate supplier performance monthly;
* Annual price negotiation and cost reduction;
* Cooperate with TPS process;
* Other works designated by supervisor.
