职位描述：
Background:

? This role is part of CN In-country Production Services team (IT team) in Shanghai, majority is to support CN In-Country GFTS(Global Functions Technology Services) systems as BAU.
? The successful candidate will be working closely with their colleagues and all relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be technically astute, well organized, and proactive and be comfortable discussing issues with business and technical users at all levels. They also need to possess great multitasking skills.
? The support team may work shifts during the day/weekend to ensure the stability of BAU and success system maintenance/implementation.
Responsibility

? Provide operational/technical support to all production practices on holidays and weekends.
? Monitor and provide support to workflows and provide expert knowledge on all workflow designs.
? Develop and maintain professional relationships with all business teams
? Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems.
? Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.
? Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes.
? Greet all customers pleasantly and ensure compliance to all customer requirements.
? Provide insights to continuous improvements and innovation to streamline efficiency and increasing productivity.
? Ability to make sound judgment and decision when handling high severity issues. Gives clear leadership and command / control over pressing circumstances.
? Leading the support team to complete all required daily work including optimization to achieve stability and efficiency.

Required Technical Skills
? Knowledge in UNIX, PL-SQL or any of the RDBMS and JAVA.
? Hands on experience in Production Support environment.
? 5 or more years of experience in planning, engineering, designing, delivering, supporting and maintaining applications.
? Significant Troubleshooting Knowledge and problem solving techniques.
? Solid understanding of standard client/server, networking, and Internet fundamentals.
? Demonstrated project management competencies.

Required Non-Technical Skills
? Work under high pressure, result oriented.
? Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill.
? Good written and oral communication skills in English.
? Must demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
? A self-starter who can learn the system knowledge and business knowledge quickly.
? Good leadership skill, has experience to lead a small team is preferred.

Optional Non-Technical Skills
