Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for annual training catalogue making and training plan implementation, design and standardize training and development guideline and process.
2. Monitor the whole training process including collection of training need, vendor and course evaluation and selection, training logistics, effectiveness evaluation and improvement plan, control of training budget
3. Monitor employee development programs: focus on the key employees and high potentials, ensure to adopt most suitable development methods/programs for them and define the succession plan with managers.
4. Initiate and improve special development project such as competency management, internal trainer pool, blue collar's skill matrix.
5. Act as internal trainer , social competence and HR related training.
6. Establish Bosch internal network to share knowledge, benchmark good practices and initiate learning process.
7 Facilitate performance management process to ensure the tool and system is fair and effective and helps people management.
8 Ad-hoc projects assigned by manager.
Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree,.
2. 3+ years relevant experience in multinational manufacturing company with 300+ employees.
3. Sound knowledge in human resource development tools is preferred.
4. Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
5. Well organized, structured and conceptual approach and analytical skills.
6. Initiative and willing to take responsibilities, good time & process management, ability to work with efficiency.
7. familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
8. Ability to deliver clear presentation and speak to internal and external groups.
9. good English
