Job Responsibilities:

- Selecting the best combination of metal or metallic material for semiconductor WLCSP testing.
- Perform testing for the selective materials to assess how resistant they are to heat, corrosion, friction, conductivity or chemical attack.
- Lead the development of the testing platform of the mechanical behavior of the material for connector's contactor.
- Assessing materials for specific qualities (such as electrical conductivity, durability, renewability).
- Liaising with colleagues in manufacturing, technical and scientific support, purchasing, and marketing.
- Working to solve problems that may arise either during the manufacturing process or with the finished product (e.g. problems caused by daily wear and tear or change of environment).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or master of material, metallurgical or relevant major, with 3~5 years working experience in material science or semiconductor related industry, candidate with experience for noble metal , Tungsten, Rhenium, Ruthenium, is A prior consideration.
- Basic knowledge with tension and fatigue test, S-N curve, crack growth, fracture toughness, bending/compression/creep/fracture/corrosion.
- Experienced with finite element analysis.
