职位描述：
此岗位为临时性岗位，劳动合同期为半年至一年！

1.Receiving and reviewing customer orders and acknowledging to customers;
2.Breakdown the customer order into production order accurately and timely;
3.Checking for stock status of raw materials and order requirements to break down the purchasing orders;
4.Responsible for customer inquiry, order changes, claim handling and receiving customer visits;
5.Timely feedback to relevant personnel on newest and special requirements from customers;
6.Tracing the order status and timely reminding relevant personnel to ensue timely delivery;
7.Preparing production completion reports, packing list, invoices, and product quality certificates as delivery papers and notify packing container suppliers;
8.Product filing.

Job Requirement:：
1.University education or equal, specialty of mechanical engineering or similar educational back ground;
2.1-2 years related experience in foreign enterprises;
3.Good English both oral and written;
4.Good PC literature in MS Office and fair knowledge and operation on ERP. 举报 分享
