Accountabilities:

?Work according to the import process:
?Responsible for accuracy & integrity of documentation. Keep update of any irregularity. Document including import shipping invoice, packing list, import drag declaration form, etc.
?Follow up import cargo declaration process & update the import cargo arrival plan on time.
?Validation on tax & issue payment in system.
?Update on import customs system data
?Monthly tax report submission timely
?Work on import material return back shipment process
?Work on other matter which related to GW
?Deal with related parties to solve the issue/concern highlighted by custome

Requirements:

?Familiar with and well able to work within the trucking industry on operation & process
?Knows supplier conditions, deliver terms, Inco terms and purchasing conditions
?Knows risk and insurance terms
?Familiar with and able to work with the company's quality and environmental policies
?Good knowledge of computer system, both exports and invoicing
?Knowledge of Customs tariff
?Good communication skills
?Financial awareness
?Able to manage own working time effectively
?Knowledge of service levels expected by clients - able to deliver them!
?Local language and English
