Responsibility:
? Work with the global sales/ account managers and technical team to provide appropriate solutions to the customer.
? Conduct regular demos of our product in Beijing
? Translate English product/user documentation to Chinese
? Gather customer /user's feedback and utilizing it to enhance customer service
Job requirements:
? Experience in pre-sales activities
? Good communication skills
? Fluency in English & Mandarin
? Technical background will be an advantage, however not mandatory
? Domain knowledge of Cloud/Devops is preferable
