职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
High-tech related:
1. Fully understand the high-tech company requirements and help define the clear roles and responsible within the company and get the management support.
2. Define the roadmap and time table each year for high-tech related activities, safeguard the company compliance with all tax and high-tech regulations.
3. Lead/participate the High-tech reporting system implementation.
4. Continuously improve the system that fit the High-tech company requirements.
5. Take care of High-tech monthly report and other statistics report that required.
6. Coordinate within the company to get all necessary information for the high-tech reporting.
7. Help the company to fine tune the accounting structure to fit for the high-tech and other tax requirements.
8. Finish the High-tech cost yearly audit and applied yearly tax beneficial rate.
9. Double Tax reduction registration and reporting related to that.
General tax related:
1. Take care of the tax bureau audit and report the issues to the management.
2. Review the yearly statutory audit report, take consideration of high-tech requirements and also CTPD requirements.
3. Yearly CTPD documentation and yearly income tax filing.
4. Manage all the tax related issues, and keep close contact with tax authorities.
5. Initiate to study new policies and well support business decision.
 
Main Requirements:
1. Over 3 years working experience in foreign manufacturing enterprise, with tax or high-tech experience is preferred.
2. Good understanding of finance reporting and accounting policies.
3. Good analytical mind and skills.
4. Willing to learn and be professional in finance area.
5. Good command of English, both in speaking and writing.
6. Better computer skills, Excel, etc..
