As a hydraulic test engineer in the engineering test lab, the incumbent is responsible for the assembly, set up, performance testing and data collection for valves, cylinders and miscellaneous hydraulic components. Knowledgeably discuss hydraulic test equipment and instrumentation capability with design engineers. Work closely with design engineers to assure all testing is performed in accordance with the desired test instructions and procedures. Interface with the US hydraulic test lab. Write test reports describing test results for publication, maintain spare parts for engineering lab and lab management etc.

Responsibilities：
* Plan, prepare and perform complex engineering tests for valves and cylinders according to program timeline and request. Work with supplier for special test fixtures, tool design, manufacturing and procurement. Closely work with the US team during test process.
* Has detailed knowledge about test equipment, programs and procedures, good understanding of standard test procedures and related ISO impulse test standard.
* Closely work with design engineer to understand test purpose and test instructions, build test circuit configuration according to test instruction, provide good test solution to optimize test performance.
* Make detailed test reports as needed and document test findings.* Train & guide test technicians to finish related testing tasks, monitor daily test status and support supervisor to do test technician performance management.
* Ensure safety standards are met for all tests.
* Order and maintain lab spare parts stock, support supervisor to do lab daily management work and develop long term plans.
* Assist and support engineering for new design & product improvements, Field Follow, Customer Return failure parts analysis and testing etc.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation, Fluid Transmission and Control or equivalent.* At least 2-4 years’ experience in hydraulic components test, especially in valve & cylinder engineering test, including impulse test, cycle test, leakage test etc.* Familiar with operations and maintenance of general laboratory equipment and tools, has rich capability in programming, adjusting and troubleshooting skills etc.
* Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, good teamwork capability with local and US team.* Fluent English in Written, Reading and Speaking.

Desired Qualifications:
* Master degree in similar major is preferred.
* R&D experience in Hydraulic components is preferred.
* Familiar with ISO fatigue pressure test and NFPA hydraulic valve fatigue pressure test standard is preferred .
