职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Lead analog design team and layout team to contribute to multimedia product IC design. Main job duty will be CMOS analog mixed signal design, which includes specification definition, modeling, schematic design, pre-layout simulation, layout design, post layout simulation, and timing library&IBIS model&LEF generation.
Successful candidate will report to the head of the Analog Mixed Signal Design team.

Requirements:
Experience on CMOS deep submicron process is a must.
Experience with the following analog IP will be a plus,
High speed & Low Power data converters for consumer applications
Phase Lock Loop (Sigma-delta, fractional-N)
LVDS transmitter & receiver for video application
Familliar with IP bench characterization and ATE test.
Familiar with CIS product
EDA tools: Mentor Graphics's schematic capture, eldo/ADMS and Calibre; Cadence Virtuoso.
Master degree or above, 5 years or more work experience in relevant industry. 举报 分享
