1、在大型检具公司工作5年以上，熟练运用Catia或者UG设计软件。
2、了解上海通用，上海大众等各大主机厂的检具标准。
3、能够独立设计保险杠，四门两盖，IP总成，门板总成检具。
4、能够管理和指导检具工程师的设计和设计评审工作。
5、服从公司安排，认真负责，做事积极主动有责任心，敬业爱岗。
