Role Summary:
职责概括: Responsible for customer service of KONI business.
Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
主要职责/任务： 1. Work as a contact window to customer in terms of customer master mainte***ce, order processing, delivery, and other activities to fulfill customer satisfied service. .
2. Work with product and sales/marketing organization for the selling price list mainte***ce and approval of the sales contract or order confirmation.
3. Interact with purchase and production planning functions to trigger the further processes for the fulfillment of customer demand / order, thereafter to commit delivery acknowledgement to customer.
4. Interact with production planning and purchase to plan the i***entory level so as to keep the reliable lead time commitment.
5. Plan and follow up the shipment to customer as per confirmed delivery schedule, track the production
6. Keep customer timely receiving of the shipment notification, i***oice and packing documents.
7. Coordinate with customer for feedback / complaint issue about quality or delivery, handle defect goods return and replacement for customer
8. Periodically report the status of sales order and shipment; service level to customer and finished goods i***entory
9. Activities of continuous improvement and problem solving.
10. Other works assigned by the supervisor.

Years of Experience in the positions:
本岗位工作经验： Minimum 3 years working experience in sales or customer service administration
Qualifications/Requirements:
资质/要求： 1. Bachelor Degree in international trading or commercial major.
2. Basic knowledge and experience of selling mechanical products.
3. Well understand about MRP planning logic and experience on fully utilization of ERP for sales &distribution
4. Well command in English and application of Microsoft Office
5. Outstanding communication skill
6. Willing to work in pressure, good attitude, teamwork and leadership
7. Good potential for higher responsibility
