职位描述：
Defining improvement opportunities through daily plant audit, assessment and analysis, such as production system, 5S and visual management, warehouse and inventory management, TPM, Change over process and Kanban system etc. , make necessary improvement planning based on following activities:
1. Contribute to Mubea Lean Production System-MBP and coordinate the MBP committee organization in Chassis plant,
2. Drive all MBP/Lean activities, especially lean projects to foster lean culture
3. Dedicate to lean training and certification system, offer professional lean training courses
4. Mostly work as internal consultant, support production team to kick off/review and process all continuous improvement projects.
5. To train & develop the lean project engineers, improve the competence of the lean people
6. Kaizen event planning and follow-up & sustainment.
7. Provide coaching to leadership and representatives to develop lean expertise.
8. Identify and promote best practices within the company business development plan.
9. Systematic optimize current operation system and process based on lean principles.
10. Sustain and continuous improvement and standardization.
11. Responsible for performance improvement plan (PIP) to support the gap closure through lean methodologies and approaches.
12. MES system further development for better integration of production system and use digitalization solution for most of the improvements
13. Organize and communicate with other MBP coordinator for regular meeting, maintain the MBP platform to share best practice and setting the benchmark
14. Synchronize with other plant, headquarter for standards communication and support each other

Specific Lean Project Management:
11. Preparation: create a project organization (select team member, project kick off, team member training), data collection (define problem clearly, collect data).
12. Analyze: analysis of current situation (analysis of data, talk to managers, evaluation on site) and diagnose report.
13. Solution design: define solution (Identify and prioritize root cause, Define solution), deployment (Define action plan, define resource needed).
14. Implementation and Sustain: Implement action plan, training, review the result, sustain and standardization.
15. Project-Management, Definition of project organization and communication, Controlling of timeline and deliverables, KPI reports. 举报 分享
