Job description:
. Query resolution
. Work as SME for the process
. Support AMs with core and ancillary day to day production activities.
. Help team in clarifying their queries while processing.
. Help team in understanding new process updates.
Desirable Attributes:
. 2years experience in Backoffice.
. Prior Domain Knowledge (preferred, Insurance)
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Japanese & English
. Ability to analyze resolutions provided by team members and provide feedback to them including QA's and processors
. Good knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Office application
. Should be self motivated and able to motivate the team
Minimum Requirements: .
. Must be a Graduate
. Good in verbal & written Japanese & English
. Analytical Skills
. Knowledge of Computers/ MS Office/ MS Excel
. Basic Presentation skill
