Part 1. Describe the Position
Summary:
(1) Job Purpose: One-sentence description of the overall purpose/mission of the job; the rationale of why the job exists and how it contributes to the company.
(2) Goals and Objectives: Several bullet points for setting performance objectives.
A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
1. Maintenance and update of standard cost
2. Run costing exception report regularly in BPCS, and check the cost result
3. Responsible for the Month end process
4. Collection of Manufacturing expense, WIP, and allocate the work center as per the costing model
5. Analyze production cost, COGS and manufacturing expense as per department
6. Prepare costing analysis report, analyze the cause of the cost variance, and propose the cost control suggestion to management
Part 2. Describe the Person
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
1. Major in Accounting, college above
2. Over 2 years working experience as costing accountant in manufacturing enterprise
3. Familiar with manufacturing enterprise's costing settlement process
4. Familiar with standard costing
5. Familiar with BPCS cost Module
6. Good PC skills, especially in Excel & other office software;
7. Good English proficiency both in written and read;
8. Under pressure and self-motivated
