1.Carry out all business activities within the organization in accordance with all legal EHS requirements & company's Environmental, Health & Safety policies.
2.Transfer EHS system from OSRAM Penang's factory to Wuxi new plant;
3.Assist manager by creating & carrying out EHS system in Wuxi new plant;
4.Create & build ISO14001 & OHSAS18001system in wuxi new plant;
5. Execute the standards for Environment Assessment Report in new plant
6. Ensure checking and acceptance for Safety Evaluation and Occupation Health assessment;
7. Conduct EHS inspection in the site area. (Including employees, on-site contractors and visitors);
8. Prepare EHS team SOPs and provide EHS training course for all employees, on-site contractors & visitors ;
9. Ensure relevant legal permits/license required for any equipment or hazardous chemical in his/her business operations are obtained and to be the responsible permit/license holder and to be legally responsible to do so.
10. Analysis for injury & accident and take preventing action to reduce potional risk in whole factory.
11. In charge of waste garbage treatment
12. Good management for the PPE allocation, renew and usage monitoring on location
