RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain material master data in ERP system;

2. Monitor the delivery schedule of purchase order and update the open order status;

3. Match the PO with the customer order and update the customer order overview;

4. Make the delivery schedule according to the stock data, make the delivery note after confirming with customer service;

5. Responsible for track the delivery status, make sure the goods on time delivery of customer orders;

6. Finish other assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. College degree or above;

2. 1+ year relative material planning experience;

3. Strong ability of problem solving;

4. Strong sense of duty and work carefully;

5. Familiar with ERP system;

6. Good at MS-Office(Excel, word and PowerPoint)
