1、Provide field input for the development/adjustment of the regional sales plan, based on own expertise and experience.
2、Define an account plan (including objectives, forecasts, and budget) in line with other commercial plans.
3、Initiate and maintain relations with (potential) customers through regular field visits, monitor developments and performance and act as business partner for assigned
accounts.Ensure all steps of the sales cycle (Plan, Discover, Engage,Advance) are covered to reach optimal sales efficiency.
4、Proactively analyze what drives customer’s business results and monitor market developments (new technology,competition, …).
5、Develop new customer relationships, detect and realize new business opportunities in cooperation with other functional disciplines (e.g. technical marketing).
6、Establish and track service/product performance by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses.
7、Ensure periodical reports (quantitative and qualitative),Magotteaux reporting standards and formats.
8、Map client stakeholders, develop, build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
9、Monitor and check the outstanding accounts receivable,observe potential problems and, if necessary, take corrective measures according to the applicable guidelines and
procedures.
10、Comply with and raise awareness on environment, quality,health& safety and social responsibility policies and best practices in line with guidelines and legislation, in order to
contribute to the general well-being and improvement of general working conditions.
任职资格:
1、Background in Engineering, Science or Business administration .
2、At least 3 years commercial Working experience in heavy industry. Experience in Power station , Cement, Mining would be advantage.
3、Base in “TAIYUAN CITY”, SHANXI PROVINCE.
4、Language: Communicational level. CET6 as minimum and need good English level.
