职位描述：
A Finnish company that specializes in glass roof and façade access solutions with more than 30 years of history. It has done over 4000 projects all over the world in more than 40 countries. We are looking to expand in China!

Title: Business manager/branch manager/ or similar
Job description:
- Business manager will be in charge of the sales and marketing of company products in mainland-China.
- Planning the strategy for the China office together with Finnish HQ
- Finding new customers and projects (project sales execution from start to finnish)
- Organizing the sales, developing and managing the dealer network
- Making quotations and taking part in project negotiations (both technical and business)
- Creating relationships with important stakeholders (such as real estate developers, main contractors, design institutes, architect firms, wholesellers, government officials, etc.)
- Communicating with Finnish HQ about project related issues, project fullfillment
- Planning and implementing marketing actions
- Building the company brand in mainland-China
- Developing the China office operations in long term

Candidate Profile:
Education: University degree with major in business or engineering is preferred
Language: Chinese/mandarin, fluent written and spoken English
Work experience:
- Years of experience in project sales, both direct sales and sales via dealer network.
- Experience in selling foreign imported products and co-operating with foreign companies.
- Has knowledge of the building construction business in China (has worked with stakeholders like real estate developers, main contractors, architect firms, design institutes, wholesellers, dealers, end customers, government officials, etc.)
- Experience in facade access solutions, building maintenance units (BMU) or other building related products will be considered as an advantage.
- Has worked in a foreign company before.

Personal requirements: Good managing and social skills, outspoken, sales orientated person with technical background and hands-on approach. A deal maker, that can land sales. Is ready to travel a lot around China and is capable of handling big projects. Understands both Chinese and Western business culture. Has a strong passion to learn new things and is not afraid of taking big challenges. Is capable of working independently, honesty and transparency is important.

Other: Recruitee will be working together with Finnish GM, that will travel frequently from Finland (+ e-management) to support sales and marketing in mainland China 举报 分享
