职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略目标及经营计划，组织实施各部门绩效考核工作，包括绩效数据的实时跟踪及分析，协调部门提升绩效指标；人员评估等
2、建议并实施培训系统，实施年度培训计划；协助员工建立职业生涯规划
3、根据各部门绩效和薪资方案，进行工资的核算
4、协助各项制度的修订、优化
5、协助企业文化推动
6、领导安排的其他工作


任职资格：
1、3年以上人力资源相关经验，1年以上基层管理经验；
2、大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、管理学等相关专业为佳
3、具有较强的责任心、领导能力、判断与决策能力、人际能力、沟通表达能力；
