Job Responsibility:
1. Assure quality system to be implemented and continuously improved within the organization. Act as the organization management representative.
2．Assure to enhance the organization’s customer orientation awareness.
3. Deal with customer normal production complaint and monitor the problem solving process.
4. Support customer production launch on time (engine plant and vehicle plant).
5. Provide customer field assistance.
6. In charge of all quality management (from supply quality, process quality and customer quality) and lab
7. Other task assigned by GM
8.Responsile to all quality certificate for new plant
Qualification:
1. 5-year working experience,at least 3years working experience of auto industry and more than 2 years team leader experience.
2. Be familiar with quality system such as ISO/TS 16949, VDA,QSB,Q1
3. Knowledge of quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, 8D,PPAP
5. Good communication skills, Good command English language.
6. Good understanding with customer’s special requirements, and be implemented and continuously improved within the organization
7. Strong sense of responsibility and self-discipline, work independently and under pressure
8. Strong interpersonal and communication ability, good team work player
