Job Description:
1. AP (Account Payable) management:
1) Review staff reimbursement and payment to vendors, and ensure the payment document is valid, correct and compliant with AP policies.
2) Manage AP work and provide proper guideline to AP and support if needed.
2. Tax management:
Review tax booking and tax filing documents, and ensure the booking and the filing on time and compliant with local laws.
3.Assets management:
Set management ledger of assets and lead the stock-taking every half year to ensure the safety of the assets.
4.GL ( General Ledger) Management:
1) Prepare GL vouchers, overhead accruals, reconcile GL accounts and supporting analysis and relevant documentation;
2) Perform monthly & yearly end closing for the entities in charge, including BS review, Expenses review & analysis, bank reconciliation, etc.
3) Prepare BCS account balance details, financial reports and reports comments and submit per global reporting schedule.
5. External and internal auditing support:
1) Lead the statutory audit and tax audit of the entities in charge and ensure to complete the auditing per required schedule.
2) Provide the necessary support to internal auditing and TP auditing if needed.
6. Document Retention:
Lead the binding & filing of accounting documents.
7. GL SOP:
Prepare and update general ledger standard operation procedure.
8. Other assignment:
Complete other assignment as required by manager.
Working Experience & Skill & Knowledge needed:
1) Diploma or Bachelor degree in accounting or finance management required.
2) At least 2-4 years working experience in General Ledger related in multinational company.
3) Skillful in using the Excel and SAP operational experience is a must.
4) Fluent speaking, writing, reading in English.
5) Able to work under pressure and meet challenge.
6) Good communication skill and problem solving skill.
7) Proactive and collaborative attitude.
