职位描述：
Position： Site Engineer
Department: Industrial Lubricants
Line Manager: CPM Manager
Subordinates: Site Operators
Location: Shanghai

Main responsibilities:
1. Monitor MWF on site, check PH and concentration on a daily basis, traceability of oil & additives via our control table.
2. Implement the MWF maintenance plan (TPM) according to customer request.
3. Conduct site material (coolant, neat cutting oil, tramp oil and additives) consumption statistics and forecast, site stock control.
4. Site waste oil collection and handling
5. Site Tier Two supplier communication and management
4. Communicate with customers’ operators and managers (production, equipment and procurement etc.) in the workshop on technical issues, feedback related issues timely and correctly to company
5. Obey customer’s and FUCHS’s EHS rules, attend site safety meetings
6. Follow up customer site 5S requirement, maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
7. Provide regular reports to the company on chemical consumption, margin analysis, technical issues, etc.
7. Other lubricants related work assigned by the customers.
8. Other tasks assigned by the CPM Manager
a) Gather samples for analysis and obtain further information to identify appropriate FUCHS products and replace MWF and other lubricants from competition
b) Manage site operators, give trainings, and assign daily tasks
c) Implement the KPI control the consumption of products

Qualifications:
1. Associate and above, majored in chemical engineering or mechanical related
2. At least 3 years working experience, chemical site management, machine tool operation, or machine tool maintenance experience preferred
3. Excellent technical service and problem solving ability
4. Excellent communication and coordination ability
5. High sense of responsibility and team spirit
6. Good written and oral English
7. Good command of Office software
