Job Responsibility:
- Propose the team constitution
- Manage the project team
- Manage the definition (schedule, tasks) and the status of the project
- Organize the validation files and the phase reviews with the project team
- Set up the Contract Application Approval (CAA) and to assure the follow up.
- Organize and manage the project reviews.
- Monthly report to the Project Validation Committee.
- Evaluate yearly the performances of the project team members.

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree above majored in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years professional experience in Design/Process engineer in Manufacturing Industry (Automotive Electronics)
- Good technical knowledge to understand the technical issues.
- Good communication abilities. Mindset oriented to customers, results.
- Fluent in English both written and oral.
- Good PC skills.
