职位描述
Job Description:
? Responsible to design, implement and execute functional/performance testing per device specifications and work on testing efficiency and continuous improvement.
? Work closely with internal and external teams to support, monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues.
? Continually look on test cost reductions while maintaining production quality.
? RMA device verification and support.
? Able to write test programs using ATE for wafer sort and final test operations.
? To involve in all phases of test/product development including definition, design for testability, test hardware software design, hands-on debug, characterization, documentation and manufacturing release.
? Responsible for managing and mentoring a test engineering team.
? Present technical data results to team.
Requirements:
? Bachelor / Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
? At least 3 years of related work experience in mixed signal IC testing/development (preferably audio products) and strong experience on test hardware, ideally a Teradyne J750 or IFLEX system.
? Must be equipped with hardware development skills, including Circuit Design, Schematic Capture and Board Layout. Experienced on Pads logic design.
? Software and script development experience using UNIX, C / C++, Windows, VB programming for the development of test programs and scripts to integrate/automate various test equipments.
? Proven ability to debug and repair products to component level.
? Familiarity in working with test handlers like MultiTest or RASCO and wafer probe equipments like TEL probers is an advantage.
? Hands on experience with lab equipment and their set-up, calibration and usage - power supplies, DMM, oscilloscope, etc.
? Understand signal integrity, ESD concepts and familiarity with standard measurement techniques including clock jitter, phase and noise measurements, power measurements, etc.
? Proficient in data mining and data analysis.
? Excellent analytical, project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
? Familiarity with Gauge R&R, FMEA and statistical analysis and international IC standards for IC qualification/characterization like JEDEC, ISO, etc. is an advantage.
? Familiarity with
? Good verbal and written command of the English language.
? Able to interact effectively at different levels of the organization and have leadership skills in leading teams.
? Able to work in a fast-paced technical environment with less supervision.
