职位描述:
1. 首要的责任是要识别、理解、和确保所有客户的要求能在开发和量产阶段得到贯彻
2. 确保客户的工具、方法和要求被很好的执行并跨部门与项目经理、采购、产品工程、物流、生产等合作
3. 控制项目阶段质量成本, 包括检具费、样件费、工时、招待费等
4. 负责前期质量在项目阶段的质量策划,确保在每个阶段的质量保证及文件输出
5. PPAP提交并获得客户批准,妥善保存项目PPAP文件(包括电子档和纸本档)及PPAP样件.
6. 跨部门团队完成年度内有关客户质量KPI和PD
7. 用质量工具组织团队对售后问题进行分析及改进

岗位要求
1、英语听说读写流利
2、熟悉APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA
3、熟悉GD&T
4、5年以上汽车制造行业工作经验;3年以上制造行业检验或现场管理工作经验
5、熟悉福特,尼桑客户的特殊要求
