Job description:？
Managing day-to-day administrative works in the plant;
Deal with daily phone calls and visitors.
Provide general services including incoming/outgoing correspondences, mail and messenger delivery, ordering meals and drinking water, business cards, arrange cleaning services, etc.;
Book airline tickets, hotel reservation, etc.;
Manage procurement and maintenance of office supplies, stationeries, business cards, etc.;
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a tidy condition.
Arrange company cars, shuttle bus
Make related monthly expenses report
Support to manage the service of guard and cleaner
Other reasonable assigned tasks

Position specifications
Qualifications:
Diploma degree in English
TEM-8
Experience:
No working experience requirement
Skills & Knowledge:
Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Good appearance and manner, understand business courtesy
Attention on details, result-oriented
Team player
Proficient PC skills
