职位描述：
The purpose of this position is to:
Responsible for supplier quality, process quality, customer service and TS management. Cost analysis and year to year cost saving. Ensure the product quality for customer.

Job description:
Deal with customer normal production complaint and monitor the problem solving process.
Support customer production launch on time.
Provide customer field assistance.
Organize and coordinate customer training both for field and plant.
Follow up customer initial sample (partly) and return and rejects report.
Warranty agreement negotiation.
Quality System Establishment
Responsible for establish & maintaining , and improving Quality Management System.
Develop Quality Manual and lead the procedures and work instructions drafting process with the support of all functional departments.
Take overall responsibility to ensure the full implementation of the procedures and work instruction through the support of all functional departments.
People Training and Development
Lead, train and develop one Customer Service Engineer to achieve the overall department goals and objectives.

Position specifications:
Experience:
8 years above experience and working knowledge of quality in international manufacturing companies,
Auto industry is preferred
At least 2 years’ experience in management role
Project management experience
Proven customer service and financial orientation
Skills & Knowledge:
Good strategic skills as well as an awareness of the importance of constantly monitoring quality related metrics
Team management experience, with multisites management experience will be an advantage
Solid experience in conducting management & solutions in TS16949 system, skilled in using tools like FMEA, APQP, 8D, 6Sigma and so on
Skilled in cooperating and communicating in matrix organization
