DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1. Project management of internal manufacturing projects (RIVKLE, AMTEC, KOBSERT, etc.).
金属自制件的项目管理(铆螺母, 铜螺母, 螺纹衬套等).
2. Leading of internal projects with the targets of high closing rates, highly satisfied customers, optimization of margins and short develop cycle time.
领导金属自制件项目, 提高提高项目的完成率和客户满意度, 提高利润, 缩短开发周期.
3. Feasibility studies on projects in cooperation with the related departments.
与相关部门共同进行项目可行性分析.
4. Organizing the kick-off meeting of internal manufacturing projects. Follow up projects according to APQP process. Collect the feedback from customer/sales and complete the open issue list and problem solving.
组织金属自制件的项目启动会. 按照APQP 流程执行并跟踪项目. 收集整理客户/销售反馈, 形成问题清单并推动问题解决.
5. According to APQP plan, review the running status with the cross function team regularly, make sure the project can meet the SOP targets.
根据APQP开发计划, 定期和多功能小组成员进行项目回顾, 完成新项目量产转移目标.
6. Supervision during the prototype and technical release.
监督样品制作及新工艺发布.
7. Support and coordination of PPAP preparation with the QS department.
协助质量部门共同准备PPAP.
8. Well known of all technical aspects/tests during the product development and APQP process
了解自制紧固件在新品开发阶段在实验室的相关实验
9. Communication and information exchange with the related Project Manager in Böllhoff group.
与欧洲项目经理的沟通和信息交流.
10. Clean and improve all the related procedure of new development and project management.
整理和改善新品开发和项目管理的相关流程.
11. Support Quality Department to deal with quality issues of our manufacturing products.
支持质量部门处理我公司自制产品在客户应用中的质量问题 。
12. Responsible for the audits of internal, customer and the third party.
负责技术相关的内审, 客户审核和第三方审核.
13. Collaboration with all relevant divisions and departments.
与相关部门或机构保持良好的合作关系.
14. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成上级安排的其他工作.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
1. College graduated above. Major in Mechanical / Engineering.
大专以上学历, 机械/工程专业.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience, Minimum 1 year Project Management experience, a technical background especially for Fastening Elements / fasteners is a plus.
不少于3 年机械/汽车行业工作经验, 至少一年项目管理经验, 有紧固件行业技术背景更佳.
3. Strong technical background and understanding.
较强的技术背景和理解力.
4. Strong skills of coordination and communication, honest, hardworking, patient and result oriented way of working.
良好的合作, 沟通以及执行能力, 诚实, 工作努力并且有耐心.
5. Self motivated and strong self-learning capability.

6. Fluent in both oral and written English as well as good skills of computer application.
