职位描述：
工作使命
安保部员工与其他部门携手执行宜家安保流程，确保安保系统正常运行，不断提高员工的防损意识以保证商场利益，成为积极支持业务发展的合作伙伴。

生命安全/安保系统操控
？ 负责中控室全部设备的日常运行；
？ 熟悉火灾探测系统/喷淋警报系统/疏散广播（PA 系统）/烟雾管理/门禁系统/闭路电视监控系统/紧急出口，解决简单的设备故障；
？ 确保生命安全/安保系统有序可控。
夜班职责
？ 确保充分执行全部安保日常工作/流程； ？
协调并确保夜间施工的安全性。

电话客服
？ 确保每个来电都有人接听并转接；
？ 尽快帮助致电客户或上门咨询的客户解决问题；
？ 全力提供支持，以便满足客户需求（包括处理咨询、投诉和反馈）。

人员/物资进出控制
？ 确保接待区为员工和访客提供良好的环境； ？
确保广播的及时和有效。
