职位描述：
1) Responsible for the safety of staff in his area, responsible for operator training
2) Forecast, provide and adjust resource(machine, people, material) according to delivery demands
3) Responsible for the quality of products
4) Monitor the staff to comply with the company policy or work instruction
5) Responsible for the internal stock control(WIP)
6) Responsible for production productivity, capacity and scraps.
7) Continues improvement. Organize, implement and control the improvement plans
8) Continues contribution in production cost reduction, overhead optimization.
9) Responsible for production layout and display board.
