职位描述：
1. Core Compentecy 核心能力
Core Competency: Coordinate, Plan and communication

2. Duty and Responsibility 工作职责
1）Development of controlling instruments for the optimization of process
2）Development of measures and concepts for results improvement
3）Protection and improvement of the delivery performance to the customers
4）Implementation and optimization of ERP in the plant
5）Contact to the headquarter
6）Use and implementation of Logistics procedures and systems in order to provide products that are required by our customer and meet his satisfaction
7）Responsible for meeting requirements from the customer and to the suppliers
8）Supervise the implementation of quality accreditation process

3. Knowledge and Skills 知识和技能
1）Knowledge of international trade/transportation
2）Be familiar with ERP/EXCEL/Words system
3 ）Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
4 ）Good negotiation skills and good interpersonal and communication skills

4. Education and Experience 教育和工作经验
University degree or above, major in logistic, trade or English, at least five years working experience with logistic management in antomotive or manufacture.
