职位描述：

Major Responsibilities：Lead Industry sales team meeting revenue targets; Critical requirements include leading, planning, organizing and managing the sales team, the customers and partner. The position is responsible for ensuring proper implementation of marketing strategy, business growth, risk management and developing/mentoring resources.

1、Puts the appropriate business processes in place to accomplish Business Plan

2、Achieve sales revenue and market growth target in Asia with focus mainly on China

3、Works to meet targets like revenue, margin, cost, and customer satisfaction.

4、Develop sales and Partner network in China/Asia region.

5、Provides leadership and management to drive the sales effectiveness.

6、Works closely with managers of other departments in developing sales strategies, driving

Business growth and ensures asset productivity.

7、Lead, develop and educate the sales team.(2 persons)

8、Develop various reports, i.e. analysis, forecast and inventory management, etc.

Qualification:

1、At least 10 years sales experience in Heat Transfer Solutions field, Solid segment background in Dry cooler; Transformer cooler & M&G Cooler ;Foreign Company working back ground is preferred.

2、College degree or above in Commercial .Science or Engineering, Mechanic or HAVCR education background preferred

3、High ethical standards and result driven

4、Demonstrated ability to plan. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary perspectives.

5、Possesses strong management, people and organizational skills

6、Open for taking on other tasks belonging to the sales responsibility that is not stated in this document.
