职位描述：
Main functions to be performed are:
? Supervise daily activity with Spare Parts after sales
? Prepare annual evaluations / relevant recommendations for subordinate staff
? Follow up effectively with customers
? Communicate professionally with customers
? Coordinate both externally / internally regarding the delivery of spare parts orders. Notify Service Manager of urgent issues.
? Assist Service Manager with developing / implementing strategies
? Create training material / effectively develop staff as required
? Seek continuous improvement to all aspects of the job. Identify opportunities for improvement, develop / implement changes.
? Cooperate with all departments by participating / contributing on team projects
? Responsible for administrative tasks / reporting within the department
? Responsible for budget control within guidelines provided by Service Manager
Job Requirements:
College
3+ years, ERP systems / Spare Parts experience, leadership experience preferred.
Technical skills, excellent verbal / written English skills necessary. Good interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate / lead. 举报 分享
