Role Summary:
职责概括: The Project Manager KONI Railway business operates as a leader of an interdisciplinary team (Application Engineering, Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Quality) with the objective to lead the development and production launch of Railway Dampers or other similar devices in Wuxi production site. His main target is to assure Project completion in accordance with Customer targets of Time, Quality and Deliveries while keeping under control Management Profitability and Customer Satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
主要职责/任务： 1. Support sales in acquiring new orders;
2. Be responsible of P&L for assigned projects;
3. Track P&L through the entire project and promote and follow up actions plan in case of loss of profitability;
4. Understand & follow IRIS system project management requirement ;
5. Create and align Master plan for each project asking for allocation of needed resources from other Functions (Engineering, R&D, Production, Sales, Purchasing, AE);
6. Lead the Project Team monitoring and recording Project progress through dedicated Project Review and reporting to management;
7. Ensure Technical/Economical records;
8. Promote together with Operation and Sales the creation of Industrial Plan and of different Industrial scenarios in order to support management in investment and long term strategy;
9. Be sure that all internal and external (Customer, Supplier) deliverables are on time and implement corrective actions In case of delay;
10. Be responsible in driving the team and involved functions through the use of common processes, procedure, best practice;
11. Support a teamwork culture;
12. Set up reporting documents to monitor and review economical and technical progress of the assigned projects;
13. Complete other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor on time;
14. Other works assigned by the supervisor.
Years of Experience in the positions:
本岗位工作经验： 1. Proven project/program management expertise ;
2. Minimum 7 years of working experience in structured company;
3. International team experiences.
Qualifications/Requirements:
资质/要求： 1. Engineering Master degree or equivalent culture;
2. Proven project/program management expertise;
3. Experience in creating a PM system from scratch;
4. Experience in Railway business on OE or Suppliers developing mechanical or electro –mechanical components;
5. PMI certification could be an asset (not mandatory);
6. Team worker, international team exposure, fast thinker with problem solving attitude;
7. Well organized, positive attitude;
8. Attitude to work in multicultural environment;
9. Good team player and integrity;
10. Leadership attitude.
