Qualification:

？Minimum BS degree in engineering or science.
？5 years’ experience as a Quality Engineer with a manufacturing organization or product development
？Product development experience is preferred.
？Must be capable of applying and coaching engineering in the use of: SPC, FMEA, DOE. LDFSS or DMAIC “Green Belt” or “Black Belt” certification is a plus.
？Experience with Minitab or similar statistical analysis software.
？Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks and be flexible enough to handle multiple high profile development projects.


Responsibility:

？Conduct TR review with DE/PE/ME/Purchasing and Quotation engineer to identify customer requirement.
？Conduct PFMEA study and create quality control plan.
？Create QC inspection plans.
？Prepare validation master plan and organize NPI validation activities.
？Review and approve Process Validation and IOPQ protocols.
？Review and approve Process Validation and IOPQ completion reports.
？Conduct TMV to ensure the measurement/testing methods meet requirement.
？Conduct FAI (First Article Inspection) on the finished goods and prepare FAI report for customer review/approval (if applicable).
？Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
