职位描述：
1. Make sure the execution comprehensive quality requirements and
welding criterion strictly in accordance with EN 15085;
确保所有的焊接质量要求和 EN 15085 体系要求得到有效的执行；
2. Able to identify new WPQR requirements and design PWPS and help
welders to finish welding samples manufacturing to make sure WPQR
certification will be done in time;
能够识别出新的工艺评定要求并制定 PWPS，指导焊工完成试件的焊
接并确保及时通过焊接工艺评定；
3. Able to solve actual problems were found on site;
能够及时解决焊接生产现场的实际问题；
4. Able to analyze and solve welding quality issues;
能够快速分析解决焊接过程中的质量问题；
5. Able to design applicable welding fixtures to assure good welding quality;
能够独立设计可用的焊接工装以确保焊接质量；
6. Monitor welder’s operations to make sure strictly in accordance with WPS
standard and keep welding record in time;
监督焊工按照既定的 WPS 及其他作业标准进行作业并负责及时保持焊
接过程记录；
7. Organize and monitor the approval testing of welders according to EN287
and approval testing of welding operators, keep the testing record and
update the certification of welders;
组织并监督按照EN287 进行的焊工考试，保留考试记录并同时更新焊
工证上的相关信息；
8. Check and audit welding supplier in coordination with sourcing engineer;
与供应商质量工程师一起检查和审核焊接部件供应商；
9. Other works assigned by the supervisor.
主管指定的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1. Associate in welding, Mechanical Engineering, Material or related majors;
焊接、机械工程、材料工程或者相关专业；
2. Good experience of MAG, and can use these Welding methods for
different material;
丰富的MAG 焊方面的经验，并能够将这种焊接方法应用到各种不同
的材料上；
3. Has knowledge and experience in ISO3834 ( welding standard), EN15085 is
preferred;
具有ISO3834 体系认证方面的知识和经验，同时拥有 EN15085 体系认
证知识和经验者优先；
4. Able to use PC software, like Office, AutoCAD is essential;
熟练的办公软件技能如：Office 和Auto CAD；
5. Good English level in both oral and written;
良好的英语听说读写能力；
6. Integrity, discipline, teamwork, willing to work under the pressure;
