职位描述

1. Assist to manage the logistic work that related to global business, including custom paperwork making, forwarder contact, problem resolving etc.
辅助国际业务的物流工作管理，包括制作报关资料，清关资料，联络货代，处理物流相关问题等。

2．Assist to manage the supply chain related work of global business, such an expediting orders with suppliers as needed, keep communicate with supplier or CS Material Group about delivery by email, call etc., and keep record of the communication and keep all related department be informed about the order status or issues.
辅助管理国际业务的供应链管理工作，如有需要，工作内容包括保持与供应商或公司内部管理G的电话，邮件沟通，联络订单的交期等业务，把相关情况做好记录并联络到相关部门。

3. Assist to follow up the products status and process inside of the company to make sure products are assembled by assembly department on time and correctly, checked by QC on time, and labeled correctly in preparation for shipment. This position would also print labels
辅助跟踪产品在公司内部的状态，确保产品及时检验，正确组装并且确认唛头标示正确；制作产品唛头。

4． Assist in answering emails from internal related department.
辅助回复相关管理部门的邮件。

5． Assist to organize and maintain the projects related documents, and make sure all the documents of production transferred projects are complete confirming that all documents are in central system on post.
辅助整理并维护项目相关文件，并保证所有转量产项目的文件在共享区域内正确完整存档。

6． Assist in imputing and maintaining global business related ERP system
辅助输入并维护相关国际业务的ERP系统的输入和维护工作。

7． Assist in replying emails to global business sales if needed.
需要时回复国际业务的国外销售的邮件。


职位要求

1, University degree or above, having the machining industries background will be preferred
大学或以上学历，机械专业或者有机械行业工作经验的优先

2. Logistic related work background would be preferred.
有物流相关背景者优先。

3. With strong logistic sense and organized ability; work with Customs and Freight Forwarders preferred.
做事条理清晰，有较强的逻辑思维能力，可以有效处理与海关和货代相关事宜。

4. With strong communication and coordination ability, good personality, “can do” attitude
工作认真负责，有较强的沟通协调能力（合作精神）

5. Good English in writing, speaking, listening, reading, CET- 6 will be preferred
熟练的英文听说、读写能力，CET-4级以上，6级优先

6. Skilled in the office software, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and etc.
熟练操作excel、word、powerpoint等办公软件

7. With the team-work spirit, and willing to over-time work if needed.
