职位描述：

岗位描述Provide autonomous assistance to the production dep. in corrective maintenance activities to any manufacturing process at any Estamp manufacturing plant.
主动协助生产部门（工厂内相关生产工序的纠正措施的实施）
-Deep knowledge in metal stamping product/process (stamping, punching, bending up, clinching and cutting)
深入了解金属冲压产品的生产工艺（深冲，冲孔，折弯，翻边和切割）
-Execute autonomously in shop corrective & preventive maintenance activities.
执行纠正和预防维护
-Build, test and trim new serial or prototype tools for any Estamp manufacturing plant.
负责工厂内 新新项目雏形模具开发，测试和维护
-Spare parts procurement and management.
备件的购买和管理
-Keeping a proper work area.
保持一个好的工作区域
-Keeping a proper working environment.
保持一个好的工作环境
-Keep a proper service, coordination & communication with project managers and production team.
保持与 项目经理和生产团队良好的服务，协调和沟通
-Medium-high knowledge using: 熟练使用

Milling machine. 铣床
Lathe. 车床
Grinding machine.磨床
Drilling machines.钻床
Tig, electrical & argon welding.

Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery. This is normally acquired需要制造工艺，流程和机械方面知识
任职要求
through eight to ten years of manufacturing experience. 8-10年的制造业经验
Strong in analytical capabilities 很强的分析能力
Chinese origin from Wuxi area and must be to resident in it 无锡人，必须居住在本地

主要是需要维修老磨具经验丰富的，调试经验不作为参考标准。
