Title：EHS and Equipment Management Engineer
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities as the.
1. Be the EHS (environment, health and safety) lead, responsible for establishing and managing an effective EHS program to accomplish business objectives
a) Risk analysis to identify potential EHS risk areas related to company operation, and prioritize the risks to develop an effective mitigation and monitoring plan.
b) As a material safety head to handle business required hazard substance procurement and management in compliance with the local laws and regulations.
c) Create an EHS awareness culture and liaise between employees and senior management team for issue resolution
d) Obtain all government certificates related to EHS
2. Be the capital asset manager for the company, responsible for managing company capital equipment inventory and maintenance/repair program
a) Create and manage a master inventory database, and work with individual equipment owners to keep updated lifecycle information regarding procurement, usage, maintenance, transfer and disposition.
b) Be the contact personal for all equipment maintenance and repair services, and vendor management
3. Be a facility management support within FM function to back up critical or emergence resource needs
Job qualifications:
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor degree in Science, Environmental Engineering or Facilities Management, or other related qualifications.
2. Prefer prior work experience in foreign enterprise in R&D setting. Advanced knowledge of facility and equipment management is a plus.
3. Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
4. Basic knowledge in construction, maintenance and facility operation.

5. PC skills: CAD, MS office…
