职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Interpret & Interact with OEMs specific specifications into Automotive interiors design direction and manage design data;
   充分理解汽车内饰企业OEM的设计规格并转换成公司产品设计；
2.Build up a positive and professional customer relationship, building trust;
   同客户建立起专业积极的关系和信任;
3.Program management with establishing key milstones and assessing overall feasibility with plants and suppliers;
   根据项目设立关键的控制节点，同工厂和供应商一起进行可行性推进；
4.Identify & resolve design issues through collaboration with suppliers and OEMs;
   同供应商，工厂和客户OEM 一起解决技术问题；
5.Achieve cost targets and seek ways to reduce cost/waste;
   达成成本控制目标
6.communicate design concepts into supplier's process;
   和供应商沟通设计产品的工艺流程;
7.Monitor consistency of design and environmental standars.
   保证产品设计和环境HSWE的相符。

Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant majors;
   机械制造或相关专业本科以上学历;
2.3+ years experience in Automotive or Aerospace interior industry experiece(DFEMA,DVPR);
   3年以上汽车或者航空行业内饰设计研发相关经验;
3.Experience in dealing with suppliers, specially in tooling;
   有和模具供应商交流的经验;
4. Proven delivery within a product lifecycle and basic project management skills;
    有产品生命周期管理和基本的项目管理经验。
5. Fluent in Oral & Written English.
